About the Author
Rishikesh Upadhyay grew up and lives in Bhanjang Basti, Haflong—a small Nepali hamlet in the district headquarters of Dima Hasao (formerly North Cachar Hills), Assam, India. Dr. Upadhyay’s creative and academic writings have appeared in many literary publications, both online and in print. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Assam University-affiliated Haflong Government College.
